Academic Initiatives

1. MINERGY sustains its K-12 Scholarship Program, empowering youth by collaborating with Partner Schools to provide deserving students with the opportunity to pursue their education and achieve their aspirations. Since 2015, we have awarded educational grants to 85 children, with 51 successfully completing the program.
2. MINERGY has been actively supporting community development through its School Kit Donation Campaign, which has run for two years. Since its launch in September 2023, the campaign has directly benefited 585 public school students across four elementary schools.
3. MINERGY advances educational support through its MINERGY CSR initiatives by actively participating in Brigada Eskwela, a nationwide school maintenance program led by the Department of Education (DepEd). We contribute essential resources and volunteer efforts to create cleaner, safer, and more conducive learning environments for students and teachers.
4. MINERGY equips young learners with practical skills and industry exposure through its On-the-Job Training (OJT) and K-12 Work Immersion Programs, preparing them for future careers.

5. MINERGY empowers the next generation by delivering Career and Industry Talk Series in collaboration with colleges and universities, offering students valuable insights into the energy sector to support their career preparation.

6. MINERGY promotes education by partnering with schools, colleges, and universities to support programs that equip students with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities they need to succeed.
