Qualifications:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- • At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and core HR functions.
- • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is an advantage.
- • High integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- • Experience in manufacturing or power generation is an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City
Job Summary
The HR Supervisor leads daily HR operations, ensures legal compliance, and supports organizational goals through effective human resource management.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, and policy implementation.
- Administer performance management and employee development programs.
- Plan and coordinate training and competency development initiatives.
- Supervise compensation, benefits, attendance, and HR records.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee records.
- Improve HR systems and support organizational development.
- Supervise HR staff, coordinate with department heads, and perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
